Naturally light gray Wensleydale wool, washed and ready for hand processing. Wensleydale is prized for its long staple, beautiful luster, and distinctive open curls, making it especially appealing for handspinning, blending, and other fiber work. The soft silver-gray color has lovely natural variation, allowing the character of the fleece to remain visible.

Sold as scoured wool and has not been carded or combed. Some vegetable matter may remain as a natural part of the fleece.
