Shipping

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2–4 business days. During shop updates, festivals, holidays, or other especially busy times, processing may take a little longer.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, with shipping rates calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The Dye Smith is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
