Returns

I want you to be delighted with your purchase. If your yarn isn’t quite what you expected, I accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Returned yarn must be unused, unwound, unwashed, and in its original condition with labels intact. Please contact me before sending a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment; or you may also choose a store credit.

Sale and clearance items, custom-dyed yarns, and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Because each skein is naturally dyed, subtle variations in color are part of the character of the yarn and are not considered defects.

If your order arrives damaged or I have made an error with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right.
